4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure. Notify support@eunoialife.in immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. User Content & Ownership

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use Eunoia to post illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Eunoia's trademarks, logos, and code are our property. For permissions or commercial use contact dev@eunoialife.in.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eunoia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update the Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Major changes will be notified in-app or by email.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
